Q: "Our organization has upgraded to Absence Management ... but we never implemented FMLA - is it hard?
A: There are two parts to FMLA: 1) the codes that link to Payroll so you can determine if the employee has worked the appropriate hours in a previous year and. 2) a plan in which the employee is enrolled in when the start their leave.
